The team of Maxwell, Rob, Shannon and Nick did an amazing job in extremely difficult circumstances. Their professionalism and attention to detail was well received. Their ability to endure and overcome these pressures needs to be recorded and the team congratulated accordingly.

Our three-storey complex opposite the beach needed some TLC. First, the whole building needed cleaning, then multiple repairs were carried out. Finally, it needed a complete re-paint with bright new colours chosen. The highlights were obvious, the great communication and planning, the high standards that Phil, Shane and Jason all set, with the flexibility on offer to fix many small issues that arose throughout.

Our key role for the Body Corporate is to ensure the building complex is in the best condition at all times. We’ve been very fortunate to have been involved with RAS-VERTEX for the past six years, completing many works including a full paint of the building outside and stairwells internally, re-skinning of box gutters, window works, abseiling remedial and full waterproofing membrane on our roof. Phil and his team are committed tradespeople to getting the best possible outcomes.

I would like to pass on my personal thanks and the appreciation of the Body Corporate for the works performed and the manner in which RAS-VERTEX provided those services. We are currently enduring significant disruption to our usually peaceful life style from the developments next door. Having abseilers outside their apartments, additional intrusive tool noise, dust residues and driveway closures tested the tolerance of some residents to which your workers showed unusual understanding and empathy.

Our Body Corporate chose RAS-VERTEX to repair some rust appearing on upstairs posts of six townhouses. It was a difficult site to get to. The team were very professional and the repair was done properly in an efficient manner. They were polite and very aware they were working in peoples' homes. I have no hesitation in recommending them
